* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from our office location in Monroe, LA 71203 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $50.00 per hour for long distance transportation, or a wait time rate of $20.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation and passenger transportation, billed in 15-minute increments, applies.
** Surcharge rates: For long distance transportation trips with pick-up addresses over 10 miles from our office location in Monroe, LA 71203, for each mile over 10, a surcharge rate of $2.00 per mile applies. For wheelchair transportation trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Monroe, LA 71203, for each mile over 15, a surcharge rate of $2.00 per mile applies. For passenger transportation trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Monroe, LA 71203, for each mile over 15, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office location in Monroe, LA 71203, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
Hygiene has never been more crucial than it is today for our immunocompromised and geriatric clients. When you travel with us, you can rest assured that you’ll always be riding in sterilized, immaculate vehicles. We have masks for our passengers as well as the drivers. Vehicles are smoke-free, and they are cleaned on a regular basis from the inside out. Additionally, non-toxic disinfectants are used after each trip.
